"Overall we loved the hotel and the personal. Just wish the cleaning staff would have finished their job."

Location, quiet

When we walked into the room, the linens were changed but the countertops and floors were not. There were cookie crumbs on the counter by the coffee machine. The bathroom sink and floors were not wiped and were sticky. There were no Kleenex in the holder. We wiped everything down with Lysol wipes.

No towels in the pool area either night we stayed. When I asked for towels the only response I got was “we must be out”.
