Heel aardig en gastvrij personeel. Zeer kindvriendelijk ook. Fijn zwembad Nutella bij het ontbijt was voor onze kinderen een grote plus:)

Om het complex heen wat ongezellig, een en al parkeerplek. Was vanwege het korte verblijf overigens dan weer niet storend.

Front desk (Kait, Alessandro, and the rest of the staff behind the desk) are always friendly, respectful, and ready to serve. The breakfast crew is also at the top of their game. Helpful and made sure there was plenty of food for guests. Housekeeping had the room clean as can be and if you needed something, it was at your door before you knew it. Whomever does the hiring needs to train the staff at Hotel Indigo in North Conway. NH. They could use the training.
