Emplacement de la hôtel et confort de la chambre très convenable. Par contre l' hôtel était presque vide et on nous a donné une chambre vue sur parking rez de chaussée ... La lumière dans la chambre est très faible et si on ouvre les rideaux, directement vue sur l entrée de l' hôtel...

Aucune information sur le fait que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte. (En rénovation depuis début mai, avant ma réservation) hôtel etait presque vide et on nous a donné une chambre vue sur parking rez de chaussée ... La lumière dans la chambre est très faible et si on ouvre les rideaux, directement vue sur l entrée de l' hôtel...

We have stayed here on multiple occasions. We love this place. we were very disappointed in how we were treated on arrival. There was a dispute between Booking.com and the facility over our reservation. we had a confirmed booking but were told that the facility had not learned about our change from the original booking date and we ended up waiting to check-in for over one hour while the staff tried to resolve the issue with booking.com. we ended up having to pay a second time for the same reservation. we were not happy.

How clean the hotel was.

Bed was to low, and we at to wait 15-20 minutes to check in as the front desk clerk was outside playing with some wild dogs.
