The staff are exeptionally friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was about average. I would recommend this hotel and location. Took about 20 minutes to get to downtown Nashville.

The front counter staff were so friendly and helpful. They always greeted us with sincere care and hospitality. Our suite was spacious and clean. I wish the pillows were a little softer/smaller.

Very friendly staff, nice room that was clean on arrival and cleaned each day. Love that you get double amount of towels in bathroom. Fridge, microwave, sink and coffee maker with Starbucks pods in room. Small dinner menu at the bar but good food. Breakfast buffet was really good too (was included in our room price). Every staff member we had contact with was polite and engaging. Nice and quiet. Only 15 mins from city centre.

Fantastic hotel with great staff, smooth experience and good breakfast. One thing I would improve is the bathroom privacy and sound insulation in the rooms. Otherwise it was perfect.

Herbert, front desk person, was extremely helpful and enabled us to get the safest room for my elderly mom. Also recommended great local restaurants and entertainment that we enjoyed. Hotel was clean and very nice.
