Comfort Suites Fort Worth North Fossil Creek

The rooms were ok. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Breakfast was ok , no biscuits or gravy as told there would be by staff.

The heat on the 3rd floor was unbearable, the ice machine for the whole place was only 1 machine and it was broken. The pool and the hot tub were both dirty and closed . Did not match the description given . We even called the hotel prior to out stay and we're told all facility amenities were up and working.

We have stayed at a lot of comfort suites. This one seems to be updated in the lobby and hallways. Our room leaves some to be desired. The tub slip protection is not white may be stained but could definitely be replaced!! Shower is SLOWW pressure. Glad I have short hair. White towels aren’t white very dingy. Couch needs replaced. Stains are awful!!!

Stay was based on property having a hot tub and pool. Neither were cleaned and useable. Staff said both would be cleaned and useable in two days. Both closed the entire time.

Elevator had a strong cigarette odor. Kids filled the hotel were crying and screaming. Also was not a variety of items for breakfast

No hot water to my sink or tub, the pool and hot tub were covered in cigarettes butts and leave, cloudy and unusable, the workout room was horrible.

Pool and hot tub were very dirty and unsanitary and the breakfast options were the same every day for the entire week we were there. The room we had was a king suite and it was nice.

Friendly service

My room's upper door latch was broken. The bed's mattress was hard as a rock. Staff tried to remedy, but, the second bed in a different room was essentially the same. Hardly had any staff members at the front desk for questions. The overhead music in the lobby/first floor area where guest rooms were nearby was much to loud at 11 pm. Room was big. Breakfast was fairly good!
