"Overall after the initial incident my stay was fine"

The property was close to my daughters college. It also had breakfast every morning. It was close to restaurants and shopping

I had booked two rooms. The room I had was great. However, my elderly parents did not have a good experience. Initially the room they had was not cleaned after we arrived at 2:30 am from NYC. Their room was changed twice because of this issue. I tried to speak with the manager but was told she was on a zoom call and then she left for the weekend.

We stay for 3 nights not once in our stay did we get house keeping service. I had to take out the trash. I had to go down to the front desk for towels was told they didn’t have any. I asked about housekeeping he told me not until Wednesday this was Saturday. The pictures on hotel.com does not reflect the current condition of the property it a lot older and warn out. The rating is more of a 5/6 then a 8.

"It was a quick stay. And worth the money paid."

The room was great. No concerns. When I checked in Saturday afternoon the staff was amazing. Great location.

The Sunday morning staff was rude. Especially the lady that setup/broke down the breakfast area.
