"The hotel can do better than this."

Location - quiet but accessible. With eateries nearby for meals at anytime of the day. Hotel's room housekeeping service was up to expectation. Laundry service was good, just a bit pricey.

A couple of things: 1. Double bed, double room means 2 super single beds and when can stay 3 pax means will add an additional mattress. In other words, picture is for illustration. Hotel reception can help by checking with guest if they know there are 3 guests for that booking and provide room with a queen bed + 1 instead. 2. Hotel breakfast - tables were were not readily clean nor full set of utensils were provided. Spoon is always "on leave". Food standard, day 1 was fine. As days go on, the standard of food varies. The egg section especially on 24 Jun 2026 was not acceptable. 3. The gym was poorly maintained with limited equipment. 4. Butler at the lobby, sometimes react quickly, sometimes don't. Hence, is not so helpful at all when more guests leaving by car at the same time.

Localização e pequeno almoço

Quartos degradados para um 5 estrelas. Necessita remodelação. A água da piscina interior deveria de ser aquecida. Ter cuidado que o booking vende quartos com duas camas de casal ora são camas de solteiro o que nos provocou problemas e ter que mudar de quarto visto sermos uma família de 3 com um adolescente.
