I liked that there was many dining options nearby and that Binghamton which is the college we were visiting was only 3 minutes away.

No room service (no signs about when or how often it’s provided). Front desk unattended at times to ask questions. Hair dryer didn’t work. Couldn’t turn up TV volume. Just so many small problems added up to lower the quality of my stay.

"It was great overall."

The seating area in the king room was great. I loved the small sofa with ottoman and snack table.

The only thing that was bad was the pool was under repair and unusable.

The area is next to a major road but the area decent restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was great but drinks at the bar were expensive.

"Not a cheap stay but cheap quality "

Hotel staff neglected to inform us that the pool was under maintenance and would be closed for our entire stay. This was an extremely hot and humid couple of days of summer and I was looking forward to cooling off in the pool. I had to request coffee cups and towels twice because they were delivered to the wrong room. Elevator was extremely slow. We walked 3 flights.
