Courtyard by Marriott Beaumont

Excellent hotel. We stay there every time we visit Beaumont. Great rooms and service

I needed to break up a long drive, so made plans to stop here for one night. The hotel was conveniently located, my room was comfortable and clean, and i was close to the jce machine and elevator. I had only 2 issues - 1) the sour odor coming from the AC unit; does it need cleaned? Filter replaced? I don't know. But it's kind of rank, and never went away all night. And 2) i called down to the front desk several times that evening to ask a question, and the attendant never answered. When i went downstairs, she was at a table in the lobby, *away* from the desk, on her phone. I asked my quedtion, she answered, and was very polite. But *why* wasn't she at the desk to pick up the phone? Anyway - the price was right, and i was more or less rested by morning for the second half of my drive. I would definitely stay there again!! Just wish theyd clean the AC units. 🙂

Did not receive the room we requested. the pool was unusable. No breakfast or amenities. No bathtub.

The staff was friendly but the condition of the room was not good. The carpet had a big red stain and the room had an unpleasant smell of moisture. I did not like this hotel at all.

It’s a very nice place. Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

The front desk was very friendly. Check in was easy. Beds were comfy. Parking was well lit. Did not try breakfast or pool so cannot give review on that..

Nice place overall. Room was nice and it was clean.

Staff was very courteous and actually remembered me from my last stay.

From the sign overhead that was at least half broken, to the cigarette smoke in the hallways which had nearly zero AC, this was a terrible stay. Please fix your problems.
