The staff was lovely, super friendly, and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. I will stay here again when visiting the area.

I've stayed at Marriott properties over 1500 nights for by business. This property was the worst I've ever stayed in. The only good thing I can say it was clean. I was flying to Burlington for business but my flight was cancelled from DC my first call was to the hotel to let them know I wasn't going to make it due the airline cancelling my flight. They would not cancel my room due the iron fist of the managers instructions. Therefore, I had to pay for two rooms that night. I got to meet the manager when I finally arrived. Not very friendly at all and said he was adhering the rule of I must cancel my room 48 hours ahead of the day I was checking in. I made my reservation on the way to DC from DFW and I had 24 hour cancellation due to my status. I've had to cancel my room 2-3 times before at different hotels due to flight cancellations. I don't recommend staying there if you want a friendly staff. I checked out on 8/19/25 and still haven't received my receipt. I finally called a few minutes ago to ask where my receipt was. How do they get my email address wrong unless the manager is playing silly games and didn't' want me to get my points. Again, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and never will again.

It’s a very good and clean hotel. People here are very nice. My kids like this place. A beautiful hotel.

We got there at 8:00pm and left at 9:30.a.m. It was lot money for one night and living @that time.

Clean and quiet

Check in was strange, hotel employee was not interested in helping me. She answered the phone by cutting me off mid-sentence and then waived someone else over to step in during my check in. The other person didn’t know what was going on, then explained that breakfast was $15.95, even though my room should have had breakfast included. When I got to the room it was next to the garbage can. I listened to highway noise all night, asked for a hair dryer and was told to look in the closet, the clothes iron ruined my son’s shirt by leaking rusty water all over it while attempting to iron and housekeeping didn’t clean between nights, but tried to come in at 8AM on check out morning. Won’t choose this hotel again.
