The bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were terrible. Also, being in such a busy area, they could have done better with a noise barrier or better sound proofing.

They charge for our room at check in, when was paid to expedia during booking. We are reviewing right now if we have duplicate chargers. Very slow checkin. People with no experience. Poor room condition and shower. Poor towels condition. Many other to listing.

The hotel was comfortable and I enjoyed good food and service for dinner and breakfast The people in the next room were noisy but got quiet about 11 pm so it was ok
