It’s very clean and spacious

The room was very spacious and the location was excellent. Having both a indoor and outdoor pool as also nice.

There was a issue with my reservation and the first person I talked to was less than helpful. This caused some stress on a much overdue vacation. The next day a second employee promptly took care of it.

Some of the front desk staff is less than friendly. I felt like I was a unwanted guest when talking to them. One in particular was not trained very well and had no knowledge or care to assist us. Luckily, other staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful.

The room is pretty clean and spacious, location is good, no regrets at all

The doors are closed and you need a key-card to get in, so when you arrive be ready to bump into the door and call the front desk. At the same time the staff at the front desk is not very helpful or friendly.

The location worked well for me, knowing I wouldn’t have a view. The price was right for the high season and I had pleasant interactions with staff except one. My room was spacious, with a bath, large tv screen and adequately sized desk. When I asked for extra coffee it was delivered generously. The keg, was great the first night but the second night was not good so I hope they will do some quality control for those prices.

Although pleasant interactions over all, I didn’t have a good interaction with one staff member which caused much time lost and eventually frustration. I did speak to a duty manager as more training is needed for something very simple.
