Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Pasadena Old Town

Nice location, regular hotel. Only bad thing is you have to pay for breakfast AND parking per day, or you have to park on the street. If you’re paying that much for a hotel room those should be included.

The receptionist Camilla was very extremely helpful.

The hotel was very nice, the only thing that was not very nice was the staff. I don't know, I didn't find them so friendly, asking for breakfast, wich was included, was like asking a favor. That was the only thing that could get better.

i wasn’t charged parking when i initially checked in nor was i asked to put a card for incidentals. It wasn’t until after I had already checked out the following day that I got a call from the front desk asking if I can provide a card on file because they didn’t have a card on file for incidentals and a parking fee. Again let me point out we had left already and upon check in the man helping me out didn’t ask for a card. I didn’t feel comfortable giving my card information over the phone either

We came for the Rose Bowl - it was awesome - perfect location - for the parade, the game. Customer service from the front desk, to the manager, to the cleaning staff and rooms and cleanliness - great atmosphere and value. Would highly recommend for visit to Pasadena. It's in a perfect location and easy hotel. Good for family, friends, or solo.
