Location. That's it.

Moldy musty smelly a/c unit causing headaches and sore throat. Staff that was not knowledgeable or did not pay attention to what they were doing. Double charged my room the first night after a 10 hour drive. Front desk could not help with a simple question on what needed to be done to connect to wifi. No wifi in my room the entire trip. All devices including their smart TV would run slow and just buffer, couldnt get work done in my room or watch movies or just surf the internet. Over priced rooms and I will never stay at a Courtyard or Marriott again.

I arrived on Thursday 05- 29-25 for an 11 night stay. I was there 5 nights with out any room service. I notified the front desk and then got service every other day. I had a backup in the shower drain in the 3 night but let maintenance know and it was fixed. I also thought free breakfast with the room but it didn’t.
