The owners/managers were over bearing and racist. They scammed me out of $300, I'm still waiting on a call back about it

Price. Facilities looked fine. Didn't spend much time there.

Sofa bed I n room had a really bad mattress, no sheets or blanket. Breakfast was okay.

Room spacious and bed comfortable

The pool is miniature and no hot tub. That was extremely disappointing for the cost to stay.

Location was good, as we were just passing through. Front desk staff friendly during check in

Room was dirty. Sheets were stained, shower walls dirty, garbage under bed. Carpeting in the hallway was filthy. The hotel was under renovations, so workout room was not available, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Pool was very small.

Location was what we needed to support our family after a death. WE had 4 rooms over about 5 nights - The desk staff was helpful but didn't seem to know a lot.

The hotel was loud because of all the sports teams staying there - also the breakfast buffet was sparse and always very messy (again because of the teams) - We had to get new keys 3 times as did the rest of the family because they kept cancelling and redoing our reservations. Also, we asked for cleaning every day and they only cleaned 1x - the rest of the time we just asked for towels since we returned late in the day and the rooms weren't cleaned.

Staff were nice

Staff did not disband a loud party in the room next door. We were unable to sleep the entire night. Very disappointed.
