The staff was amazing

Staff were were very helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable, WIFI excellent and room is a good size.

Breakfast was not good, with little choice of fresh food or fruit. If you want continental style breakfast forget it. The noise at the back of the hotel from the motorway is noticeable, and over the weekend the noise from some guests is pretty noticeable also. Water from the shower is very often not warm and the hand basin blocked up. Room could do with updating.

Was there for a volleyball tournament and after a long day of volleyball, myself and about 5 others found out, they gave away our rooms. Huge disappointment!

The only problem was, the water did not get hot enough in the shower and the toilet would stop up several times.

So when we arrived to the hotel at 10 pm after a long day of volleyball matches, they did not have a room for us despite the reservation. The front desk worker, KeAsia, did apologize but spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a supervisor. If this issue arises at a hotel, an upper level should be on site to help manage the situation. Five families needed rooms despite their reservations. She could not work the printer. She manually had to call around to find hotels with space. At no point did she update us with her plan until I probed her. More training and customer service needed for this worker. In this day of technology how can a hotel overbook five rooms?? They did put us up at another hotel 15 minutes away. Overall a bad experience though.

It was clean, friendly the balcony is great as i like to sit outside.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a 2.5 inch cockroach who wasn’t even scared of the light. I showed up at 10pm with 2 small kids, and we had to immediately stop changing getting into our pyjamas to run out of the room. We had to pack up in the car again to find a different hotel. I was told the night manager would call me regarding a refund. It’s been 24 hours, no contact from any management.
