I visited the hotel for work and had a professional interaction with General Manger Donna who perfectly fulfilled my request for a late checkout. It helped me a-lot and I will remember that. So this will be my go to hotel when I'm in the area.

"Was ok just the elevator issue"

When we arrived our room key didn’t work, I had to go back to front desk to activate the keys. Them the elevators were not working keeps beeping and not opening doors, it happened twice in one night stay, we had to take the stairs at the end of the hallway. The next day in the morning while checking out the same issue with the elevator but this time not able to take stairs with our bags and laugage

Location and the employee working the bar/food area was excellent

The rooms smelled like an old mop was used to clean the room. The front desk didn’t seem to care. They informed me that the hotel was booked and they couldn’t move me.
