The staff are super friendly. The pool and workout room was really nice. The carpet a wee bit too old but they mentioned an upcoming remodel of the hotel. Good location and walkable to Outback Steak House

"The pool was warm and the front desk employees were so delightful overshadowing my disappointment in no hot tub"

People were very nice. My breakfast burrito in the morning was delicious

I picked it for the advertised and pictures hot tub by the pool. Unfortunately I could only see where it Used to be. I was disappointed.

Fast check-in - courteous attendant who went down the hall just to see if our room was ready as I got there early. I always prefer Courtyard by Marriott and the Rocky Mount, NC facility was no exception to the rule.
