Neema was great and set a great atmosphere

Enjoyable stay this week. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Breakfast at The Bistro was delicious and Naeema was a delight to speak with and she took the time to thank us personally as we were leaving.

The team is always kind and accommodating. I really appreciate the great service I receive in the bistro, especially from T and Naeema. Because of the great staff and location, this is always my first choice of hotels when I’m in the area on business travel.

Took to long for the elevators

My room was on the eighth floor, so I had a nice view of the McLean-Tysons Corner area. The Marriott is across the street from a mall that includes a Macy's department store and an Imax movie theater. It is a modest walk from the Tysons Silver Line Metro station. Front desk staff were polite and cordial, as was the staff member at the Bistro restaurant. My Bistro chicken sandwich was tasty, as were the fries. The hotel corridors were clean and the staff responsible for cleaning did their job well and were very courteous.

I had trouble adjusting the air conditioning in my room. The thermostat said the room temperature was 71 degrees Fahrenheit, but it felt more like about 60. I turned it up to 74, but it didn't make much of a difference. I must also admit that I thought my chicken sandwich, though tasty, was overpriced. With the fries and soda, I got hit with a $28 bill.

Sintayera was a great host to us at the bistro. The food was good. She had an attitude that said she enjoyed her job. She should be commended for an outstanding job.
