I liked the location.

This hotel's reviews were completely deceiving. The facility was dirty. The initial room I was given was not cleaned completely and had a bad odor. Though the second room I was given was better, it still had a slight odor. There was no cleaning service for 2 days. The dining area was closed the entire weekend I was there. This hotel experience was not good at all. It was a motel experience in the form of a hotel.

First, I would like to highlight the front desk staff! They were absolutely amazing! They were extremely helpful, professional and kind!

Although this hotel is elegant and aesthetically pleasing , I did not like walking out into the hallway and seeing the trash cans overflowing near the elevators. I even saw a trash bag outside of someone's room door. Also, I was unaware that I had to pay for parking.

Stayed in this hotel recently for 3 night. Great service with a smile by front desk staff. In particular, Nara was very helpful in assisting us to sort out our breakfast schedule next door (at the Hilton) given the restaurant at courtyard marriott was under renovation. Thank you Nara for all your help and support. Your assistance was crucial in enjoying my stay.
