It was in need of a good cleaning. The tv cables were so dusty, the so called bistro was open so limited and hardly any food on the menu. There wasn’t even coffee in the lobby in the morning. It cost 4.82 for a cup of coffee. I wasn’t going to use the coffee maker in the room due to all the dust.

The room was ok, air conditioner in our room was noisy and didn't cool adequately at all. Bed was a bit too soft for my comfort. PLEASE have complimentary coffee in the lobby! Paying more these days for less.

Great staff make the best asset of any hotel.

I took my mother to see my daughter and my mother is severely disabled and the beds sat very low to the floor and she could not get out of the bed without help if I had not been with her she would have had to call somebody. I talked to management and they had remodeled the ADA rooms and that.

Not quiet at all

So nice to stay in a clean, nicely decorated and up to date hotel. The room was very quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The guest rooms are dated. The hotel was quiet. The front desk was very helpful and efficient at checking us into our room. The cleanliness was good, and the beds were reasonably comfortable.

Excellent front desk staff makes all the difference.
