有提供接駁巴士，周圍也有些許店家/餐廳能滿足短期停留轉機的需求。房內空間寬敞，兩個大行李箱展開也不會太影響動線。

馬桶沖水聲很大。早餐很基本，一天過渡可以，第二天就有點食之無味了

The rooms could have been cleaner.

Staff are friendly.

First, the room I received did not match my reservation. I booked a room with two queen beds, but I was given a room on the second floor with two smaller beds. This was not the room type I reserved and it negatively affected our stay. Second, I am concerned about the breakfast. My son ate a spoonful of yogurt at breakfast. After that, he refused to eat or drink anything until the following day. He also vomited twice half an hour after the breakfast that same day. Third, the hotel room location is close to the main road, and the noise from cars make it difficult to rest properly. I have already contacted the hotel to request a refund based on the experience, but I haven't received a response yet. Given the incorrect room type, the poor breakfast experience, and the noise issue, I am requesting a refund or appropriate compensation for this stay. Please respond with your proposed resolution as soon as you can.

A estadia nos surpreendeu positivamente. O quarto era excelente. Disponibilizaram um café da manhã bastante adequado, o que não vimos em outras hospedagens. A equipe de recepção muito gentil, inclusive contratamos mais 2,5h adicionais de estadia.

Instalações do quarto. Localização próxima ao Aeroporto de São Francisco/CA. Disponibilidade do café da manhã.
