It was filthy, loud and felt unsafe.

The staff was amazing, helpful and great communication. Both desk people were awesome, they made requests very easy. The rooms could have been cleaner, but the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They definitely made the trip better. It was a very busy weekend in Chico for the family weekend so they were completely booked. Great restaurants and coffee shop in walking distance. Walking to downtown Chico was easy and comfortable.

Room was beyond dirty, scared to touch anything. Didn’t take a shower the whole weekend because the shower looked like it had never been cleaned.

Bathroom was pretty dirty. Shower could have used a good cleaning. Little rough. No towels, but front desk sent some. Staff was great, but just a ton of street noise.

Rooms were not clean at all, went in and in our room food was left in the refrigerator and stains on all the towels and on the sheets. Walked around and feet got black. In our friends room there was socks left and no toilet paper. Oh yes, there’s no shampoo or soap in any of the rooms.

One less dirtiest, hotels I’ve been into lots of noise at night time.

Was a pleasant stay.

The 1st room given to me was dirty, no towels, the staff said the room needed repairs. 2nd room, was still dirty, no towels. But at least the a/c was cold.

The bed frame makes so much noise keep me up most of the night. Under the beds are horrible so much trash. There was a group that was in the pool area smoking weed that the whole building smelled
