Americas Best Value Inn - Chico

I will never stay in this dump again. The room was not clean, the closet smelled like cigarettes. I used 1 towel and one wash cloth that I got hair color on and they are claiming all towels were ruined and charging me $57.00 for for the damage. It is a horrible neighborhood. The hotel is not worth the money spent. Go stay somewhere else.

No Internet. Having to use the security window early in the evening makes me wonder about safety. Other people's hairs in the bathroom

Cool place

This property is located in a sketchy neighborhood. The parking lot is extremely small. The room was extremely dated and in need of multiple repairs. There were cigarette holes in the comforter on the bed. I witnessed a man make multiple drug sales in the parking lot throughout the night. I would not recommend this property.

Nothing. I miss the old staff members. They were much nicer and accommodating.
