"Excellent"

Líbí se mi lokalita, hotel se nachází na opačné straně než je Luhačovická kolonáda, pěšky cca 20 minut do centra. Je tu nádherna příroda. Hotel Vincent má nádherné vnitřní prostory. Líbí se mi samoobslužné lednice/ bary - platba QR kódem, v ubytování lze si půjčit koloběžky. Pokoj krásne uklizený.

Personal jsem neviděla, přišla mi jen SMS jaký je kód k otevření dveří a kód k trezoru, kde jsem si vyzvedla klíče ( bylo by také fajn napsat, kde trezor je, chvíli jsem ho hledala). A velké zklamání snídaně, nejím šunky, snídaně mi byla nachystana v krabičce, 2 kusy bábovky a 2 croissants se šunkou, salát a sýr. Bylo by fajn, kdybychom měli na výběr z vícero druhů jídel.

Postel byla velice pohodlná.Vybavená kuchyň. Velký apartman.

Při příchodu do do apartmánu bohužel byla cítit vlhkost a plíseň. Plíseň byla cítit i v kuchyňské lince.Chtelo by to v koupelně háčky na ručníky a zasilikonovat sprchový kout .Při sprchování netesni a bohužel voda tece bokem .Jinak čisté ubytování. A opravdu pohodlná postel.

Beautiful location. Peaceful. Short walk to the center. Accommodated my early arrival. Great breakfast!

Moc milý personál, čisto, skvělá snídaně, v klidné oblasti.

Vše moc hezké a čisté. Jen na WC občasný závan z odpadů, ale nic co by se nedalo vyřešit a vyvětrat.

Check- in bez recepce a samoobslužný „bar”. Snídaně dobrá a pokoj opravdu podle fotografií. Je to sice dál od centra všeho dění ale procházka byla aspoň intenzivní.
