Ramada by Wyndham Bristol West

It was close to where I needed to be and the staff were nice. Showers are hot with good pressure.

The decor is depressing, the rooms are very basic for the money and dark.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant, and polite.

Room was a trifle basic and grubby: stains on the carpet - bathroom towels, room curtains, a little ragged and so forth. Bathroom had no shower gel, and soap container at handbasin was empty. All little things, perhaps, but attending to these would make a difference.

The hotel was beautiful, rooms lovely and clean, bed was a bit firm but ok.

Bed was too firm and the rooms arent soundproof atall, you could even hear people walking, obviously people go to sleep at different times so it was very noisy!

Basically clean room great for an overnight stay in between towns

Staff were second to none. Location good & room sufficient .

Toilet had nt been flushed when we arrived & water was nt draining very quickly down the basin & shower . Spy hole seemed as if someone had hit it .
