Easy access to parking. We liked the room size. The breakfask was OK.

The thermostat on our heating/air unit did not work.

Great location. Waterfront. Steps to the ocean.

The cockraoches in my room. The staff was gruff, unconcerned and rude.

The pictures they posted on a third party booking were completely false and it was absolutely disgusting. As a immunocompromised person I was absolutely devastated. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, had been horribly maintained and was not what we booked. The kitchenette was outdated, damaged and had roaches and gnats coming out of the sink. The fridge rocked when bumped and was extremely loud. The staff were very dismissive and obviously over talking to us and answering questions. Would never stay here again and will be making sure to warn others who visit the area. This place is a health hazard and needs serious help and new management.

The floor inside of the room was not cleaned. There was sand in the top sheets and in the floor. housekeeping never came to change the sheets or towels. I had to kill a cockroach and there was a small bug inside of the sink that looked like a bed bug. I wanted to ask for a refund because of the problems but Booking.com had a different place I made a reservation with and I still havent recieved that refund. Even though the hotel refunded them.

There was no breakfast. Office door was locked at 7 am.

Where to Start. The room smelled of urineSo bad you did not want to breathe roaches in the beds.Both of them roaches, crawling on the walls shower, did not work.Shower head was not even hooked up bathtub.Did not drain once you got the water on the whole faucet fell off . One trip across the floor with my socks on and they were completely black. The floors were filthy. The place should have never been rented out to anybody. It was absolutely disgusting. I have pictures and I have videos. I am in the process of trying to get, if not all of my money back some of my money. I didn't sleep for 2 2 nights, and that is why I rented that room so that I could get some rest. And that did not happen.

The bed was comfortable and that was it.

It wasn’t clean. Had a serious roach infestation. Really didn’t see any cleaning staff come by not even to offer more towels or toilet paper. Seems like the building was falling apart. Had we known the conditions of this hotel, we would have booked elsewhere, but we had already paid and would not have gotten a refund.

The location was good because it was close to the beach.

The front desk person was very rude. The smell of room was bad and the toilet service was terrible. There were lots of roaches in the room everywhere. My husband and I couldn’t stay there even for one night. We decided to come back home at 11:00 pm. Nobody was at the front desk and the door was locked. There was a phone number on the window explaining; call this number for help in case nobody is at the front desk. We called at that number and left the message and nobody returned our calls. It was my first and definitely last time staying at Days Inn by Wyndham Myrtle Beach-Beach Front.

the room was was what I asked for as far as the view is concerned.

The tv`s picture was going out which made the viewing terrible. fortunately I brought my laptop and we watch movies on it.
