Location was convenient

The first room was not cleaned , offered another room and it was dirty too along with bugs. Yuck

"Exceptional"

I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean. It was older but not a single bug was seen.

The only issue was I had to take my key card up to the desk 3 different times to get it reprogrammed. The last time we got locked outside but thankfully my husband had the other card in his wallet.

ROOM was OK for what I paid. The continental breakfast was nice, but nothing else was offered (spa, beauty treatments). Employees were pleasant. My room was clean, a good size, the beds were comfortable and had a great view.

Employees were pleasant, but couldn't provide any useful information i.e., cabs, local transportation, shopping, entertainment (other than Broadyway at the beach), etc,. I had to look up everything on my phone. My room was OK, but it was kind of run down. Missing pieces of the floor was patched with tape which was coming up. No closet to hang anything. No suit case holder or iron. Ironing board was broken and only cold air came out of the drier. The remotes for each TV had to be exchanged because niether worked. Fridge cut off on Thursday, but did come back on the next day. No soap in either dispenser. No dishes, utensils or pots/pans to use while there. I didn't mention that because I wasn't planning to cook anything, but if a kitchenette is in the room, I think these items should be available. A large trash can was located outside my door and some guests left trash outside of it that was too big to go in which attracted bugs. There were so many things to complain about that I just stopped but the few things I did report (remotes, iron and board, fridge, trash, bugs) were taken care of fairly quickly. Don't know if I would stay here again.

"A Disastrous Vacation Experience"

Location was very good and room was relatively clean if you overlooked cockroaches, bugs, and NO housekeeping. And the facility looked like something from inner city slum lord oversight.

Facility was in state of disrepair. I can't believe it had not been condemned! Also trash overflowing trash cans in corners on balconies.
