Pool hot tube was not properly maintained my daughter and boyfriend got sick from fumes poison control was called might have to get medical check when we return home as my daughters lungs still burn and boyfriends chest was compromised. Ant problems in suite, gym equipment was broken, water machine empty, short staffed.

Nice pool and jacuzzi. Room was spacious and beds comfortable. Breakfast was adequate

Got a text, WhatsApp and email all at 8am to remind me it’s check out day. Bit over the top and too early

They don’t clean the room unless you ask.They don’t even replace the towels unless you ask.They don’t supply coffee or tea unless you ask.The manager told us that the cleaning protocol was listed on their booking message.It is not.

Toilet paper and tissue were almost empty on our arrival & had to get extra for the front desk! Something we should not have to do when we first arrive!

Location is the main reason we stay here because our family lives close by.

Originally we booked the room for 3 people but ended up just being two as the other person got injured at work and had to cancel last minute. No compensation was given for that. Secondly, the microwave in the room was faulty. Even after changing it twice it wouldn’t work. We tried to call the front desk the third time and they never answered the call nor the msgs sent from the phone. We ended up eating cold food as we had no other option. When i brought this up with the front desk person, telling them i needed to be compensated for this inconvenience. They told us they can’t do anything.
