Staff was great, and so was the location

It could be a little more clean, not enough towels on the room

What we did enjoy about our stay was the hotel’s convenient location, being only about a 20-minute walk from Disneyland Park was a huge plus for our family. We also really appreciated the pool, how quiet and peaceful the property was, and the convenience of the parking.

What we did not like was the way a major issue in our room was handled. Our toilet was broken for two days, which was incredibly frustrating and unsanitary, especially while traveling with family. Despite reporting it immediately, we were refused a room change and offered no discount or compensation for the inconvenience. To make matters worse, hotel staff entered our room while we were away, which made us very uncomfortable. For something as basic and essential as a working restroom, the lack of urgency, communication, and customer care was extremely disappointing.

Ideal location to the Disneyland parks

When we first arrived we had issues with our room key not working correctly but staff sorted it out

I love how warm welcoming the staff was and the rooms were clean

The only thing was the bathroom light turn off
