The outside needed painting and a bit of a touch up. BUT inside and our room was 5 star!
The service was indifferent. The check-in clerk did not ask for my ID or my credit card to verify my reservation. The room was clean but there was no continental breakfast at all. I understand limited amenities during the pandemic, but there was nothing at all and no explanation or apology.
I know I paid less than other places nearby, but not much different from Motel something. The lobby was smelly and not cooled (except a fan), the pool closed, and the breakfast not worth trying. The staff? No more than essential communication, and I didn't feel him say a "welcome" in the look of his face.
It was clean easy check in but hallway smelled smoking but room did not smell. Decor old but clean

Not the best. Pool was not clean and they didn’t do a good job making the beds.
I liked that it served breakfast and offered a swimming pool and hot tub. BUT when we got there we were told the swimming pool was closed due to covid crap and the breakfast was laughable.
No one was at the front desk on arrival, we waited around for about 10 minutes before we decided to go to our car and call the property, they answered right away. She did apologized for making us wait. The fridge had a rotten smell, no iron or ironing board. For breakfast both coffee and juice were watered down. I’ll be sure to book earlier next time to reserve a 5 star hotel, as they were all booked.
They sprayed so much air freshener in the room I got an instant headache and had to air out the room. Big stain on the chair.
