Kein Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts. Wasser im Waschbecken floss nicht ab. Haben Bescheid gesagt,hat aber niemanden interessiert und wurde auch nicht behoben. Haben schwarze lange Haare in der Dusche gefunden die nicht von uns waren. Und 150 Dollar Gebühr für 3 Tage parken ist echt Touristenabzocke. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen!

The view from the 18th floor was the only redeeming quality of this hotel

We had to wait over 90 minutes for our room to be cleaned at the check-in time of 4 pm. When we inquired about the room we were told to sit down and we would be notified when it’s ready. Long story short, we apparently had our rm upgraded. We were originally on the 15th falls view room and changed to the 18th floor falls view but a smaller room. The cold water tap did not work in the sink… only hot. The hallways were stifling and littered with full dirty laundry bags that were there for over 24 hours on every floor that we went to. Clearly a housekeeping issue. The hotel is in need of a good clean and updated. I also asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call me. Nope… did not happen. Wasn’t surprised. My recommendation.. don’t stay here… it’s super expensive and the quality and service is very poor.
