Overall the building was not unclean, just an older building but we did not have any additional sitting available in the room except for the desk chair, but the worst of it was that at around 3am, someone had a key and opened our door, it hit the stop lock thankfully, but we jolted out of bed, by the time we got to the door it it was alarming that it was open. Nobody was in the hall that we could see through the peephole but we just immediately shut the door and didnt go out at first. I looked out the window and four guys were getting into a vehicle and leaving. I did eventually go downstairs and ask the front desk if there were cameras in the hallway, no, so they did say they could see if the door was opened but then said they didnt know how to use the system, but then said they didnt see anything. I had them change the key for another one. The next morning the vehicle next the the parking spot the guys left out of their window was busted. There were beer bottles and boxes throughout the parking lot. I couldnt go back to sleep after the incident because I didnt feel safe.
USMotel was conveniently located near State capitol. Enjoyed our room.

Staff was rude. Kept insisting on how I use the waffle mix. Turns out it was 1 hard as a rock in the nozzle. 2. The nozzle was broke. After he finished it he tried to give me a tutorial on how to fix the hotels waffle mix container. I told him thats your job. I dont work here. The room wouldn't cool off. I asked could we switch rooms because ours was hot. He said he couldn't do that. I attend Jeff Coty a lot for business. I will not be returning to this facility
Everything was nice but they advertise a hot tub and it was broken and there was no repair date. It looked like it had been broken for a while.

USThe facility was quiet. One could get a lot of rest.
The prepackaged jelly that was in the small refrigerator at breakfast was gross. It was sticky and hard. I did mention this when I checked out.
