I did not get to stay at this hotel because I was informed by booking.com that the room i was trying to book was already booked by someone else. You were informed about this at that time and I requested a refund on my Mastrcard, but as of yet it has not been refunded. Until this is resolved, I will not be using booking.com for any travel reservations.

Location of the property.

The gaps under each door was enormous, almost 4 inches, felt like I was in a trailer home. The maid was kinda rude, and idk I felt spied in there.

I don’t like when the sink is outside of the bathroom. The blow dryer next to the sink worked intermittently. Felt room was low in supplies, we had to ask for more TP.
