Got to hotel and the staff went out of the way to take care us.

Accommodation for disabled guest was not honored as requested even though a confirmation approval was received prior to checking in. After waiting for 1.5 hours and contacting the front desk again it was discovered that we had been forgotten we were moved to a room that accommodated a disabled guest. This move was offered by the front desk after given a shower chair with a missing leg.

Room was clean. Bed sheets & bed itself - very comfortable. Checked in later in the evening & received snacks & water baggies. Nice, thoughtful touch. Receptionist was super sweet & friendly.

TV remote did not work well - volume control unresponsive. Breakfast was lacking. The juice dispenser machine did not work until our last day. The cranberry juuce from the jug was good. No fruit except for some oranges.

Beautiful accommodation. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem, which was not a huge deal, was problems with the cable service and TV.

I’m giving this hotel 2 stars, because the complimentary breakfast was stocked up and had yummy cinnamon rolls. So we checked in and got to our first room to see a used dirty washcloth in the bathroom and the room smelt like mildew. We went to the front desk to about it, and she replied “where are you from? It’s humid here.” Reluctantly she assigned us a second room. The second room was good. We stayed 3 nights, and they never once cleaned our room or restocked anything including not giving us new towels! We would not recommend!
