The hotel's Central location in town was very desirable and the price was good considering the area.However the entire hotel was riddled with cigarette smoke In the smell of urine. Linens were not clean.They had visible Excessive staining on the linens and horribke odor.

"Roaches were everywhere "

Everything looked dingy which I was ok with until night came and I seen a total of four roaches. They were in the trash, in the bathroom., and I killed one on the nightstand. I told management in the morning. I immediately put zip up all my things and placed them back in the car. I felt very uncomfortable.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was in Greenwood for a funeral and business. So it served my purpose.

There was mold in the shower, clumps of animal hair, stained towel, stained bed skirt, water damage in the room, mold in the fridge, bed and box spring stained as in needing to be replaced and shouldn’t be reusing it, room smelled like animal pee mixed with cat litter, dirt in the shower as well that washed out when water was turned on (means the tub did not get cleaned), me and my son ended up sick. This was only a two day stay and only slept there at night. I asked for a refund at check out but they refused because I didn’t come to them sooner even though I explained in the policy when I booked the room there was no refund. I even took pictures to show them and they wanted to say because I didn’t go to them as soon as there was an issue they weren’t going to refund me then proceeded to only refund me one night. I usually don’t make a fuss about places and have stayed in some hotel rooms that aren’t the greatest. But this hotel room was honestly unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking it and staying there but if you do just make sure if there’s any issues to go to them asap and always have a plan B. But at the day we’ll all have to live and learn and I will definitely say I have learned my lesson.

"wrong information "

I used the quick check in link the company sent me only to find out when i arrived that the hotel i was staying in did not participate in that. It was kind of upsetting because why send me a text to enter in my info to make things eaiser just to be told oh sorry

In the bathroom the towel rackWas very loose. And the shower curtain rod was just barely hanging in the wall on both sides. Over all the bathroom was not safe in my opinion at all for any handicap person which my husband and I both were handicap. I did not get to take a shower due to the fact that it was in such bad shape I wasn't going to risk it

When I tried to check in they did not have the room I reserved, because I had service dogs and because I had not contacted them to tell them I wanted non smoking. After much hassle they agreed to waive the pet fee but not the pet cleaning fee. They also did not honor Expedia pricing because I threatened to cancel after they told me about the pet fees., allegedly because they took it out of the system. The back door to the hotel didn’t lock so anyone could access the hall leading to all the rooms. Two lightbulbs were out in the room and the tub was not very clean. There is no breakfast as advertised. They also said they had no control over how Expedia describes their policies such as charging $20 per night per pet and a one time $20 cleaning fee per pet so be warned. Expedia just said they were pet friendly with no mention of these charges. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean so the actual stay was ok.
