nothing it was late. they hadn't held the room. we were very tired. stayed the night and DEFINITELY REGRETTED . I am amazed that you book for them. Only aaving grace is that it apparently minority run (India); hopefully owned. There's no good way to prepare someone for this. AND I HAD PAID IN ADVANCE. REFUND WAS TO TAKE 5-10 BUSINESS DAYs

"Quick and Painful!"

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

The place was disgusting! Not AT ALL a true representation of Wyndham properties. We checked in at 9pm and checked out at 10:30pm THE SAME NIGHT! The 1st room we were in had FLEAS ( Mind you Hotel stated they do not allow pets) The 2nd room they moved us to was filthy! Bugs in the sink ...Human hair EVERYWHERE, sink, bathtub, counter tops, comforters, sheets...Everywhere...half eaten candy or perhaps cough drop on floor in Plain sight! No effort whatsoever to get this room ready for a new guest! Hallways reeked of weed, dogs barking in room next door in the 1st room...just a disaster. The front desk guy was pleasant but did not seem at all surprised by the condition of either room. The so called Manager on duty Ronan Patel was dismissive, rude, totally unprofessional and even insinuated that perhaps we brought the bugs to his Nasty hotel. His attitude was as nasty as the facility.

I love the room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk clerk was very professional, friendly, and helpful.
