"Excellent"

Room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had plenty of pillows with 4 on a king bed. Shower had very good pressure and was hot. Downside: Only gave 2 towels for showering. Girls need more then 1 towel; one for hair and one for body. Air conditioner clicked like 5 times everytime it kicked in which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep.

I’ve been traveling across country from New York, staying at various hotels along the way. This was one of my better experiences. The reception manager Benjamin was friendly and had a very positive energy. The room was spotless and very quiet. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in my travels. The woman that attended the breakfast and dining area maintained it meticulously. Very pleasant stay at this hotel.

"The BEST option in Miles City"

Newer hotel that is bright, welcoming, and clean. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. The beds are FANTASTIC! We had the best sleep experience here! Breakfast is standard, but hot and the area is clean. We stayed somewhere else at the start of the trip and booked here on the way back and I am SO glad we did. This is literally the only nice place in town. Is it a little spendy? Yes. But for the sleep quality, cleanliness, and staff - totally worth it.

Benjamin at the front desk should get a raise, he was awesome! So friendly and helpful! Beds are comfortable. Super clean, great breakfast! All staff were friendly and helpful! Great location!
