The restaurant connected to the hotel was disappointing. We waited for an hour without having our order taken. Moreover, the main reason we chose to stay there was for the pool, which was unfortunately closed the entire time we were there.

Stayed for a youth wrestling tournament. The hotel was very accommodating to our group. JJ, Ray, Kristin, Amy and all of the breakfast/bar staff were outstanding!

"Great shuttle driver!"

Shuttle driver Jimmy was great! He ran into traffic. Called me to update then called again when he arrived at the airport. I appreciated being kept in the loop. He was personable on the short drive to the airport.

We had an incredible stay and I can’t say enough good things about this hotel — but the real MVP’s are Jen (JJ) and Rae! From the moment we walked in, Jen (JJ) and Rae went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Friendly, professional, and genuinely caring — you can tell they takes pride in what they do. They answered all our questions, made us feel welcome, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but JJ’s and Rae’s customer service is what truly set this stay apart. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel like more than just a guest — they made us feel valued. If you’re staying here, I hope you get the chance to meet JJ and Rae. They a huge asset to this place. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place honestly everyone is so nice but what really stuck out where two people who made me feel like I was home Jen (jj) and Rae. They're are the nicest people by far. Definitely will be back and with my family!
