The wonderful employees couldn’t do enough for you and were genuinely committed to creating a memorable experience for every guest. A very special thank you to the Team at Plantation Restaurant, Cabana Bar and to Diah and Lia among all the others for their excellent yet heartwarming hospitality. We will surely be back and are already very much looking forward!

Not the kind of service you expect, rude people on the front desk even when you present your Hyatt membership the do not care at all, the hotel is old and will need serious renovations, only the nice pictures of the nature surrounding and the swimming pool, expansive for what it is, he must have been a beautiful hotel once upon a time.

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff! Breakfast is amazing. Had an unplanned stay here due to a local tour accident and hospital stay. The staff was extremely accommodating. I wish I had more time to explore and use the amenities. We really hope to return.
