"The hotel was sub standard and poor value for money"

The staff were friendly and helpful

The hotel was run down and in serious need of a refurbishment. There was damp and mold across a lot of the building. My wife suffers from asthma and we had to ask to move rooms as the damp problem and mold caused her to have a rather bad breathing episode. The staff were apologetic and moved us at once to a room that was free from damp but the damage was already done to.my wife's health and that ruined the rest of our break.

Great central location, a beautiful hotel and my room was outstanding.

I was on the corner room on the ground floor which was really noisy with people coming out from bars and pubs.

"Lovely stay"

The room was beautiful and great to have a separate bath and shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful including at the cock and hoop.

The air con was very noisy and I couldn't use it at night which meant the room was quite hot. Also the shower base filled up quite quickly with water and I didn't have time to wash my hair before it would overflow.
