"Waste of money for the actual room. Location was central."

The location was central.

The room was extremely filthy. It was clear that it had not been cleaned or vacuumed. We requested housekeeping on our very first day, and they did absolutely nothing. The air vents had dust and cobwebs, and the lighting in the room was absolutely minimal. The room was purposely kept dark to not reveal how dusty and dirty it actually was. The dust caused allergic reactions after which all three who stayed in the room fell sick.

Generally very good stay - good sized room - helpful staff - good food & service & good location

My confirmed booking clearly stated that breakfast was included in the final price. - it was not! When I pointed this out to the staff they said they didn't do it that way - instead they gave $30 vouchers to be offset against each b/fast. Although not a great deal of the total bill, (probably about $40+ extra), nonetheless they ignored the written booking details / contract which I had.

"Excelente y muy cómodo hotel"

El hotel no está en pleno centro pero se encuentra a metros de una estación de la linea Orange de metro, que te lleva a todas partes. Caminando se llega a centros comerciales y al Boston Common

Faltaría que las luces de la habitación se apaguen cuando el pasajero no está. También falta un poco de luz en la habitación, una luz encima de las camas no estaría mal.
