"A little old "

This is a very out dated property. It was fine for a night but very small beds in a double room and desperately in need of a renovation. Having a Gibsons in the lobby was nice

We called about issues they said room was ok. We’ve stayed there often we know better. We were exhausted from 24 hour travel.so we just dealt with it. At check out. Only we’re sorry. No air and it’s 85 unacceptable

"I spoke to the staff. All they said they were sorry. We plan to to visit Chicago twice a year."

I liked the space and clean room staff very friendly.

Kept hearing noise from ceiling could of been A/C. We were not able to sleep. Then at eleven pm we started hearing plans land and take off. By this time it got ridiculous. We had a six am flight. We needed to be at airport 4am.

Very big comfortable room They let many people check-in in 2-3 hours BEFORE official check-in time!!! So I could checked-in straight from airport. Bravo! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
