"Perfect for Convention Stay"

This was a perfect spot! The convention I was attending was being held at the property. It made for an easy morning. I arrived a bit early and they allowed me to check into my room as soon as it was ready. The staff was super helpful and kind.

The only issue was that there was nothing within walking distance and I did not rent a car. They DO NOT offer rides to the airport; however, their website said they did.

"Nice comfy spot!"

This hotel was very beautiful and clean. There is a Shula's restaurant located on the premises and a place to purchase a buffet breakfast. This hotel was close to the University of Florida and the sites that I had planned to see. Shopping and dining are a short distance I would definitely stay at this location again.

"Room not cleaned as requested at check-in"

The room was requested to be cleaned at check-in and ne it was not cleaned. When we returned at 6 pm on Friday we entered the room to see it was never cleaned there was a cleaning lady still in the hall cleaning another room and we requested at least clean towels and that she remove the dirty towel which she did.
