"Staff were fine, the room was not."

It didn’t smell pleasant, the air conditioner wasn’t on the room was hot, once we turned the air on the smell got worse. The beds needed to be cleaned and I killed two roaches while in the room.

"Refreshing but frustrating"

It’s clean nice and in a nice area

For some odd reason we didn’t have a tv remote and one of our lights were blown. Then I was baffled by the extra “$50” dollar deposit that’s not stated or charged up front in the listing that I’ve never had to pay before and I’m a very frequent customer. Then they take so long to deposit the $50 dollars back. It’s like they are trying to find any type of reason to keep it now

"To spend nearly 300 for a room is ridiculous specially how it was nowhere near prepared or even cleaned. Had to get own"
