"I was high the whole time"

Location being so close to everything food and gas and stores and dope!

It's gross in the sense that it doesn't appear to be clean some of the doors don't lock and are easily able to enter by just pushing on them some of the rooms if you want to have your door lock you to push the dresser in front of the door it's less than safe and less than livable but desperate times call for desperate measures and in a pinch it's only between 50 and 70 bucks a night so you get what you pay for I guess LOL

"spend a little more and go somewhere else"

The linens were clean and the door locked. Cheapest lodging within 10miles of st. Johns when I stayed

The room was filthy. The walls had splatters and stains which had not been cleaned off. The past attempts to repaint the room had just left sloppy margins around fixtures. There were cigarette burns in the curtains. The toilet lid looks like it might have been a toddlers art project. The light switches in the bathroom were missing the cover plate, exposing the wiring. There were no usable sockets except: under the headboard of the bed, so you couldn't use the without pulling the bes into the room, behind the microwave/mini fridge, or in the bathroom. I had to charge my stuff on the bathroom counter. The room didn't smell much like cigarettes unless someone was smoking outside, which was frequent as there was an ashtray 5ft from the door. There is a lobby at the hotel, but you aren't allowed inside, you have to figure out that you need to walk around to the side window and knock on that at which point the clerk will open the window to handle all your transactions like paying or getting the room keys.
