"We chose not to stay after seeing the conditions."

The reception attendant Kevin was very polite and professional.

We checked into the property, went to our room and then immediately checked out after seeing the room. It was run down and dirty. The bedspread had stains on it and the lamp had grime on it. It left us questioning the cleanliness of everything else and we were not comfortable staying. We left knowing that we may not get our prepaid fee back. The reception attendant Kevin was very polite and professional. He first offered us another room, we politely declined. He then told us that he would approve a full refund for us, we just had to call Bookings.com to let them know what happened and they would take care of the rest. We did this.

"Very welcoming"

I solo traveled for a concert and my stay was pretty welcoming I had no problem but one witch was house keeping forgot to check my room and bring me some new towels, toilet paper, etc. but other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Was turned away, because hotel overbooked. Was told they couldn't accommodate and wouldn't try to find me another room somewhere else.
