The location was great. Close to the main street. But the property itself needs some care. Found dead bugs on and underneath the bed. Doors creaky. Holes in walls were just painted over. Pool was tiny.
Door and wall surfaces were very dirty. TV and clock didn’t work and the front desk just smiled and said “ok”. On a positive note, the a/c worked well.
I was looking for a place convenient to my destination which was Cape Cod hospital and one clean and reasonably priced. I was pleased that it had a refrigerator and microwave and indoor pool. I actually stayed another day and this was my second stay there in a month.

Given the prices on the Cape at this time of year, I thought this property offered everything I needed. It had no view or particular "ambience" but the room was comfortable, clean, had every item and convenience (even a small refrigerator) and the pool was clean and convenient
This room was a gift to my husband & son to find rest & pleasure after a fishing trip - they found the property to be in poor condition needing many improvements - this was not reflected in the price - additionally they were charged extra to get early check-in even though the room was ready. Floors were not clean! Bathroom had 2 towels,washcloths,& hand towels, no mat - the shower is a small insert/ no tub - the TV was not a lrge flat screen. Overall disappointing & poor value for the money spent. Do not recommend!
Stayed for a single night, from Friday, July 8th to Saturday, July 9th, 2022. I had seen the mixed reviews, so kept an open mind on what I would encounter. Upon arrival, the front lobby was neat and organized. The front counter gentleman was courteous and pleasant. Arriving at our room, the entire room looked good with clean sheets, an extra pillow, with no offensive odors. The hair dryer, shower, and sink were fully operable. Wall outlets, while sparse, were enough to charge our phones. The mirror over the sink had the nice new benefit of having built-in, touch-button makeup lights, which was a good thing, since my mom and I had to use them to put makeup on in the morning. There were some minor maintenance and housekeeping things that did not impact our stay. In the bathroom, a 2”-3” segment of wall was cracked inward, right beside the toilet paper dispenser. The back of the bathroom door had some cracks and chipped wood at the base of the door. The hinges squeaked. The bathroom fan vents needed to be wiped down or cleaned. The floor of the room needed to be swept more thoroughly. The side and back of the property was decent. There were some nice grass and picnic tables in a shaded, slightly elevated area on the side. The back of the property was large enough for vehicles with trailers to turn around, an adequate area of grass for the dogs, and some storage sheds. The edges of the fence and storage sheds could be picked up a bit to appear cleaner.

It was vsry quiet and peaceful. Rooms are nice.
