Clean rooms

There was nothing to like about this room.

It was filthy, sticky, covered in stains on the bed and in the bathroom, and the curtains and blankets were covered in cigarette burn holes. The outlets didn't work without me having to push the nightstand against them, the light over the window flickered nonstop. The woman at the front desk was unhelpful and uncaring.

Did not like any part of it. Bad location, construction thru parking lot, not easy to get to, staff not friendly or willing to make any change. The hotel had 100 rooms mostly empty. Building in area falling down. Ceiling in bathroom flaking off, shower wall cracked, stained carpet, chair and exposed metal on torn desk chair.

The price wasn't bad.

The laundry room, the bed was not comfortable.

The staff was nice and friendly.

The toilet in Room 128 the smoking King Room was messed and stopped up and the housekeeper came over to Room 128 this Monday morning at 10:00am to fix the toilet in the bathroom and I told her thank you for fixing the toilet in the bathroom and that's all for now and I'm 1 more night today and I'm checking out tomorrow on Tuesday Jan 27,2026 at 11:00am and that's all for now have a great day and I will see you soon and make reservations to stay again.

Couldn't get refund

The fact I couldn't get a refund

It was a place to rest on a long trip. (but not much sleep) The beds were fine. location fine...everything was fine. Nothing special.

I reserved as 'pay when you arrive' because we planned to pay cash when we arrived. When we attempted to pay we were told it was already paid. Come to find out she ran it on my card as soon as we arrived. I was upset by that. They keep the AC in the rooms turned off until check in, so it was HOT in the room and did not cool off all night! We barely got any sleep it was so hot. I thought it was listed as having breakfast but there was nothing...not even a cup of coffee!

The heat never got warm and I stayed in the room for 4 hrs and reported it to staff twice they said to adjust the speed of the fan to low then to med last call the room was too cold to even take off my coat couldn't take a shower or get undressed the heater came on just didn't put out and staff was not concerned at all after I checked out she stated not her problem and she did see any of the staff to let them know about the problem she could care less about the situation and it was freezing cold outside so we had to get another room at a different hotel in the middle of the night

When we arrived, the receptionist gave me a card to open the door, but it didn’t work. I went back and forth four times before she finally gave us a card that opened the door. Once we got inside, the light wasn’t working, and she told us to use a lamp for the rest of our stay. The receptionist was very unfriendly. I would never go back again.
