Embassy Suites Lincoln

Hotel was average, bar service was extremely slow, bed was not comfy, a/c wouldnt go below 70, bathroom door was LOUD opening and shutting. Great location. Fine for what it was but probably wont stay again

I love Embassy Suites. Never disappoints and the breakfast is the best in the industry!

The environment was welcoming! It’s felt like and adult Great wolf lodge with the happy hour drinks and snacks.

The self parking was very inconvenient. It’s in a parking ramp that involves a lot of walking. The area around the hotel was entirely commercial so there is no parking available. The breakfast was AMAZING. Staff was great. Room was clean, though the bed was worn.

The inside was beautiful. I didn't like have to pay for water. Had no hot water in shower

The facility was beautiful and was within walking distance of the Pinnacle Bank arena, which we were there to go to. It was also within walking distance of a TON of places to eat and explore. Check in was super simple and we were given complimentary drink cards for the bar. We were given 2 drinks per guest from 530 to 7, we definitely took advantage and the Amaretto Sours were delicious. The room was great and we loved that there was a sitting room separate from the bedroom.

We did not like that online the it shows that the hotel has free on-site parking. This is not the case. There are 2 parking garages on either side of the building that you must pay 13.50 for every 24 hours you are there or 1.50 for every hour before that. So if you drive to and from anywhere you will be charged everytime you leave the garage based on the hours you were parked. The Valet is 25 to use if you want to unload at the front and be parked. The skywalk from the garage locks after 9 I think and you are supposed to be able to use your room key to unlock it and enter the building but this is also not the case. We had to go down to the ground floor and walk across the street amd the entrance on the side we parked was also locked and we had to walk around to the other side of the building. Our rooms were located on the 3rd floor opposite of the elevator which was inconvenient as we had to walk all tge way around to the elevator to godown to floor 2 to walk all the way back around to get to the Skywalker to go out to the parking garage.
